Annoucement , September 28, 2008

 

  1. There will be no mid-week service this week.   We will resume our regular schedule beginning next Sunday.
  2. The church picnic will be held on Sat. November 7, 2008 here at the church.
  3. Christian Education is now hiring- Assistant Directors, Youth Teachers and Adult teachers.  You pay scale will be as high as the heavens.  Whatsoever is right the Lord will pay.  Please see Min. Taliba Johnson.
  4. The ICAM Women’s Fellowship is on the move.  We are having a non-perishable food drive.  Please bring you food items next Sunday.
  5. Ladies it is time to register for the ICAM Women’s Conference.  The theme is “Matrons Reloaded”.  Registration is free.  Forms are located in the foyer, Min. Ebony Wallace office and any ICAM Committee members.  For more information go to www.icamfellowship.com .
  6. There will be a meeting immediately following service for all of those in the ICAM skit here in the sanctuary.
  7. Pastor Marilyn Johnson will be the guest speaker for the Candlelight Church Women’s Luncheon on Sat., Nov. 1 at 11:00 a.m.  Tickets are $25.  Please see Pastor Marilyn if you would like to attend.

    * Daughters of Rapha our new meeting date is the 4th Sat. of each month from 10:00 – 12:30.  In October we will have Vickie Stokes of New Light Church as our guest speaker.  Lunch will be served.
